Job summary

Kleinfelder's Right-of-Way team in Trevose, PA seeks a Right-of-Way Agent II to provide administrative support and assist with ROW assignments, including negotiations, appraisals, and property management tasks. This role requires a high school diploma and 2–5 years ROW experience, with MS Office proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.

Candidates with a Residential Appraisal License or Civil Engineering background are encouraged to apply; relocation advisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
• 2–5 years of ROW experience.
• Residential Appraisal License preferred.
• Familiarity with Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (Uniform Act).
• Notary seal current or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex negotiations with landowners.
• Read and interpret property appraisals, title reports, plans and legal descriptions.
• Prepare real property comparative sales analyses.
• Evaluate relocation benefit payment eligibilities.
• Complete property management tasks and work with clients to clear ROW.
