Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with negotiations with landowners.
• Read and interpret property appraisals and title reports.
• Help evaluate relocation benefit payment eligibilities.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of real estate practices

Computer literacy with MS Office

Education

High school diploma or GED (college education preferred)

Residential Appraisal License preferred

Civil engineering education and/or experience preferred
