Job summary

ACRT, Inc. is seeking a Ready Force roving Utility Forester to perform identification and inspection of trees along utility lines, using handheld computers and GIS software. The role requires travel across the United States, often 6–8 weeks at a time, with company-paid travel and per diem.

A two-year degree in forestry or related field is preferred, with ISA Arborist and pesticide certifications optional. We value self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work remotely in

• 2 year degree in forestry or closely related field OR high school diploma with 2 years of Utility Vegetation Management or related experience.
• Strong tree identification is a preferred skill.
• Willingness to travel extensively; 6–8 weeks at a time; valid driver license and ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities
