HT Protective Services LLC is currently hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for an upscale apartment building in Washington, DC. This part-time to full-time role requires 24-32 hours per week and various shifts, including weekends. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe environment by patrolling premises and monitoring access.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, DC Security Officer License, and experience in security. Applicants must possess strong communication skills and operate with integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills and report-writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity.
• Patrol retail locations and common areas as needed.
