Job summary

Pan American Properties, Inc. is seeking a skilled Roving Tub & Tile Refinishing Technician to join our Maintenance & Renovations team serving apartment communities across Orange County and Long Beach. This hands-on role focuses on reglazing, resurfacing, and refinishing bathtubs, showers, countertops, and related surfaces.

You will travel between properties, manage jobs from prep to final inspection, and uphold high workmanship standards while coordinating with property staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in tub, tile, countertop refinishing.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of finish.
• Ability to independently manage multiple jobs across locations.
• Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license and insurance.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Reglaze and refinish bathtubs.
• Refinish shower walls, surrounds, and countertops.
• Repair fiberglass and acrylic surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces with cleaning, sanding, masking and priming.
• Travel between Orange County and Long Beach regions to complete projects.
