Roving Security Officer - SIG Sauer Security Team - $22.00/hr in Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Securitas Security Services is looking to expand our security team at SIG Sauer. We are looking to hire a Roving/Flex Team to cover call-outs/vacations and scheduling gaps across our 7 locations in Newington, Durham, Exeter, Epping, & Rochester. Roving/Flex Officers are an elite team of Officers who are cross trained to cover all locations and all security posts. We are looking for at least one Officer to be dedicated each of the roving shifts below:

1. 1st Shift (early mornings & days only)
2. 2nd & 3rd Shift (evenings & overnights)
3. 3rd Shift (overnights only)
4. Weekends (any shift on Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
5. Any shift (willing to work any shift any day)

*For example, a 3rd shift Roving/Flex Officer will only be called/scheduled for overnight shifts, but the days of week will vary.

Roving/Flex Officers do not have a set schedule. They are scheduled based on operational and coverage needs, so the weekly schedule may vary. Roving/Flex Officers may be asked to work with short notice, and must be very flexible and adaptable.

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

PAY: $22.00/hr

SCHEDULE: varies weekly

HOURS PER WEEK: vary weekly*

*Full-time hours not always guaranteed

Flex Officer Requirements:

1. 18 years of age or older.
2. High School Diploma OR GED.
3. Standard computer / technology skills needed.
4. Previous Military & / OR Law Enforcement experience a plus!!
5. Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic.
6. Customer service background preferred.
7. Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
8. Must be able to conduct foot & / OR mobile patrols throughout shift - during various weather conditions.
9. Must be able to stay alert & have great attention to detail.
10. Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
11. Must have reliable means of transportation & communication.
