Job summary

Acero Precision in West Chester, PA is seeking a Quality Control Roving Inspector to join our precision machining team. You will work across multiple cells, performing in-process and final inspections to ensure every component meets customer requirements and regulatory standards.

You'll read blueprints, apply GD&T, and partner with machinists and production leaders to identify non-conformances and drive continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and inspect using precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections across multiple cells.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T to verify tolerances.
• Collaborate with machinists and production leaders to resolve non-conformances.
• Maintain calibration records and NCRs.
