The role involves daily travel to various Class-A communities, assisting with maintenance tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in maintenance, knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00/hour plus a vehicle allowance, along with various benefits including medical and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years as a maintenance technician or related role.
• Willing to travel daily to community locations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Travel to various communities and assist onsite teams.
• Complete maintenance tasks including work orders and groundskeeping.
• Diagnose and repair minor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Perform pool maintenance and inspections for safety hazards.
