FLSA Status: Non-exempt Salary Range: $25-$33 per hour Pay rates vary across our portfolio and final compensation is offered based on the assigned property location, as well as candidate experience and education. Hours per week: Full-time/40 hours

The primary responsibility is to complete building, unit, and grounds maintenance and projects at properties that need assistance, as assigned by the Director of Facilities.
Completes general and preventive maintenance as assigned.
Performs seasonally appropriate grounds maintenance.
Demonstrates regular and consistent attendance as outlined by company policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
