This roving role requires daily mobility between sites to promote leasing and maintain high occupancy. Under the Marketing Director, you will handle calls, tours, applications, and move‑in paperwork while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum year experience in a customer service or sales position.
• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience.
• Must have valid California driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the leasing process, including traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and move-in paperwork.
• Responds to phone and email inquiries, provides leasing information, makes appointments, and handles maintenance requests or escalations.
• Visually inspect/prepare property daily for cleanliness and readiness for tours.
• Greet residents, assess needs, conduct tours, collect deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain a minimum 33% average closing ratio.
• Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements/renewals.
