New Creations Child Care & Learning Center Llc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to rove across Minnesota locations, ensuring facilities, classrooms, playgrounds, and kitchens are safe and well maintained. Responsibilities include drywall patching, painting, light plumbing, HVAC repairs, grounds upkeep, and furniture/equipment repairs with safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of facility maintenance, tools and safety.
• Experience with drywall, painting, light plumbing, and grounds upkeep.
• Experience in child-centered or public environments preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check in with Site Director and perform walkthroughs with maintenance checklist.
• Complete maintenance requests submitted through the system.
• Repair drywall, paint, perform light plumbing and HVAC/appliance tasks.
• Maintain grounds, inspect playgrounds, and repair parking areas as needed.
• Repair classroom furniture and equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Drive between locations to support multiple sites.
