Job summary

NANA Management Services seeks a Facilities Maintenance professional to perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks across Alaska facilities. You will work with various trades, install and repair fixtures, paint interiors/exteriors, and support minor electrical work as needed.

The role involves travel to remote sites, occasional night/weekend work, and may require leading a team on site. A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of directly related facilities and/or building maintenance experience.
• A valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, structures, and facilities.
• Perform repairs on HVAC, generators, doors and hardware, walls, ceilings, and related fixtures.
• Conduct interior/exterior painting and flooring work.
• Support safety, security systems, and basic electrical tasks as needed.
• Travel to remote Alaska sites; operate company vehicle and assist other technicians as required.
