Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation in Fairbanks, AK seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair buildings, HVAC, and related systems, including electrical work as needed. The role requires mobility across Alaska sites and occasional night/weekend work.

You will work with multiple trades, lead site activities as needed, and travel up to 50% of the time, sometimes by small aircraft to remote locations. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) years of directly related facilities or building maintenance experience.
• A valid Driver’s License with good driving record for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair buildings, structures, and facilities.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, generators, and other assets.
• Operate ladders, light machinery, and occasional electrical work as needed.
• Travel up to 50% across Alaska to remote sites; may require small aircraft travel.
• Supervise or lead job sites and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
