Qualifications

• Two years of custodial experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, safety and sanitation.
• Ability to operate custodial equipment safely.
• Ability to follow district policies and instructions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial tasks at assigned sites; sweep, mop, polish floors.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, classrooms, and common areas; replenish supplies.
• Operate vacuums, buffers, carpet cleaners, and disinfectants.
• Lock/unlock facilities and support security duties as needed.
• Assist with minor maintenance and report major repairs.
