Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Director for Affordable Housing to lead daily property operations and ensure resident satisfaction across sites. You will oversee leasing, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with affordable housing standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple communities. This full-time position offers a competitive benefits package and regular Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing multifamily or 55+ senior properties.
• Ability to supervise a team of 3 or more.
• Extremely organized and structured.
• Experience with LIHTC program is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and direct day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
• Structure office workflow and maintain efficient office organization.
• Meet financial objectives while maintaining housing compliance and reporting.
• Oversee leasing, collections, resident services, budgeting, and reporting.
