Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems across multiple sites.
• Respond to maintenance requests and document progress in the work order system.
• Perform basic repairs and replacements for building components.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage parts sourcing.
• Prioritize and log time on work orders; communicate status updates.
• Travel between assigned properties as part of the roving role.
