In this role, you will be responsible for traveling between properties to perform maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping tasks. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, have relevant technical experience, and be willing to obtain certifications. Qualifications

• Hands-on problem solver with maintenance skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift, shovel and/or plow snow.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different properties for maintenance.
• Fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues.
• Prep units for new residents.
