Responsibilities include daily balancing, documentation, and adhering to bank procedures. Proficiency with 10-Key, Word, and Excel is beneficial, as is a neat appearance and dependable work

Qualifications

• Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Acknowledge the customer immediately and follow Non-Negotiable guidelines.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance teller drawer daily and comply with all teller standards and bank procedures.
• Complete all necessary documentation for customers in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance and demonstrate dependability and flexibility.
