Southwest Missouri Bank is seeking a Rover (Teller) to deliver prompt, courteous banking service across multiple branches in a flexible, on-site role. You will handle teller transactions, build customer relationships, and identify cross-sell opportunities while upholding security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience is required; previous banking experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow bank procedures reliably.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Acknowledge the customer immediately and follow the Non-Negotiable guidelines.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance teller drawer daily and comply with all teller standards and bank procedures. Keep cash secure to maintain a high level of security.
• Complete all necessary documentation for customers in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance and demonstrate dependability and flexibility in performing the duties of this position.
• Participate in available training and utilize bank resources and products to strengthen job knowledge.
• Cross train to cover other areas and broaden understanding of overall banking services.
• Recognize opportunities to cross sell bank products and services to existing and prospective customers.
