Job summary

Regency Management Inc. is seeking a Rover Residential Maintenance Tech to support our property management team across Multnomah County and Clackamas County, OR. This full-time traveling role uses your maintenance and repair skills to keep our communities safe, comfortable, and well maintained.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with travel between sites and mileage logging. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and a $40 monthly tool allowance to support your

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall work.
• Basic computer skills.
• A self-motivated, organized, and efficient work style.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• 2+ years of residential maintenance experience or equivalent repair skills (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills (a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests and apartment turnovers, including painting as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and document tasks.
• Attend occasional virtual meetings and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Travel to different job sites across Multnomah and Clackamas Counties in OR.

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and drywall work

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A ROVER RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECH

Each day as a Rover Residential Maintenance Tech, you'll complete a mix of maintenance requests, apartment turnovers (sometimes including painting), and ensure all work areas are spotless and safe. You'll document tasks, attend occasional virtual meetings, and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed. Every day brings new challenges and the satisfaction of keeping our communities in top shape!

Enjoy a steady Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with only the occasional after-hours emergency call. Start your day from the comfort of your home; no need to report to a central office! You'll travel to different job sites, log your mileage each month, and receive a travel allowance to help cover expenses. We encourage you to plan your routes smartly, drive during the best times, and make your day as efficient as possible.
