Job summary

Amrize North America is seeking a Rover Laborer to support production operations at our Colorado site. You will utilize tools and equipment such as shovels, bobcats, forklifts, and power drills to move materials and perform basic maintenance on-site.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of related work experience in construction, mining, or manufacturing, with a strong focus on safety and PPE compliance.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School diploma/GED.
• Minimum of one year of experience performing similar responsibilities in a construction/mining/manufacturing environment.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Uses a variety of tools and equipment to support production operations, such as shovels, brooms, bobcats, Skid Steer, forklifts, levels, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers and water spraying equipment.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Uses shovels or mechanical equipment to remove excess material from beneath the plant
• Loads and delivers materials.
• Performs light maintenance
• Ensures compliance to all health and safety, environmental, compliance and human resources policies and procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Required Education:High School diploma/GED
• Required Work Experience:Minimum of One year of experience performing similar responsibilities in a construction/mining/manufacturing environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
