Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Rover Equipment Operator in Platte Valley Agg CO to operate dozers, loaders, excavators, and haul trucks for sand, gravel, stone production. You will conduct daily inspections and keep equipment clean and safe, with travel to other plants as needed.

We require at least one year of related experience, the ability to read and write, and excellent driving and safety orientation. PPE use, respirator rules, and a commitment to safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Excellent driving skills.
• Strong safety-orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate various heavy equipment to loads trucks and feed bins with materials.
• Maintain equipment by keeping it clean and orderly.
• Perform daily safety inspections and ensure safe operation.
• Adhere to safety, compliance and environmental requirements at all times.
• Load material into bins, crushers, trucks or plant.
• Move earth or materials between locations.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic maintenance as needed.
• Complete paperwork as necessary and assist with other duties.
• Promote a culture of safety and health, safety, and environmental policies.
