Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services - Texas is seeking a Route Specialist to optimize technician routes and manage scheduling with accuracy. You will handle inbound calls, assist with service tickets, and support technicians throughout the day while ensuring timely follow-ups and communications.

The role requires onsite work at our Cypress TX office, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Familiarity with route planning software or mapping tools preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably dispatching.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize routes for assigned technicians in the most efficient drive order, accounting for appropriate drive time.
• Answer inbound customer and sales calls, providing timely and professional assistance.
• Monitor and work open service tickets with urgency and efficiency.
• Ensure all follow-ups are completed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Be the go-to resource for technicians throughout the day, answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Respond to all relevant emails within 24 hours of receipt.
• Proactively communicate any operational needs, issues, or delays to the supervisor at least 1 hour before the end of shift.

• Pay rate $18.00 - $19.00/Hourly
• Must be willing to work Onsite

• Be available Monday-Friday
