As we continue to scale our global platform, the Routing Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring warehouse orders are organized, routed, and fulfilled on time.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Routing Clerk is a vital contributor to warehouse operations, responsible for tracking, prioritizing, and staging orders to ensure timely fulfillment and seamless coordination with customer service and retail teams. Working on a demand basis, this role requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities. The Routing Clerk delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

  • Collaborate closely with customer service and retail services teams to communicate order status, routing updates, and shipment schedules on a daily basis.
  • Partner with customers' traffic departments to coordinate release and routing of outbound shipments in alignment with special needs and specifications.
  • Support teammates and warehouse operations staff by sharing accurate data, documentation, and process updates to maintain a cohesive, high-performing team environment.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Prioritize customer orders based on special needs and specifications, ensuring proper staging to facilitate timely expedition and an exceptional fan experience.
  • Access logistics websites and transportation management systems to schedule and confirm routing for customer shipments, minimizing delays and errors.
  • Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with customer service and customers' traffic departments to proactively address fulfillment needs.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation so that order records reflect real-time status and support downstream customer satisfaction.

  • Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve routing discrepancies, staging conflicts, and order prioritization challenges before they impact fulfillment timelines.
  • Run and analyze Excel reports and spreadsheet data to surface insights that improve routing efficiency and support operational decision-making.
  • Leverage warehouse management systems such as Manhattan Active and transportation management systems to optimize order flow and routing processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve documentation, reporting, and communication workflows that drive efficiency across the shipping and routing operation.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

  • Accurately prepare and maintain shipping and routing documents, ensuring all records are complete, organized, and updated in a timely manner.
  • Manage shifting workloads with flexibility, including the ability to work overtime and adjust schedules during peak volume periods as needed.
  • Perform physical tasks associated with a warehouse environment, including extended periods of standing and walking, and the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Execute all assigned responsibilities with strong attention to detail, including data entry, order tracking, and other related duties required to support shipping and routing operations.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic to strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience running and analyzing Excel reports required.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, such as Manhattan Active, preferred; ability to understand and navigate transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with great organizational ability and a proven record of updating and recording data accurately.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with extended periods of standing and walking, and to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including overtime and peak volume periods; standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
  • Attention to detail with accurate data entry and documentation; familiarity with professional sports leagues and teams is a plus.
