As we continue to scale our global platform, the Lead Fulfillment Operations (Team Lead) will play a critical role in driving warehouse shift performance and athlete success.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Lead Fulfillment Operations serves as an athlete advocate on the warehouse floor, engaging associates directly to support department operations, remove barriers, and ensure shift goals are met for both athletes and fans. Working under the direction of a supervisor or department manager, the Team Lead directs workflow, supports rookie orientation and training, and partners hand-in-hand with a team of 25–30 associates to sustain daily performance and production targets. The Lead Fulfillment Operations delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)
  • Partner directly with 25–30 warehouse athletes to coach performance, provide real-time feedback, and ensure each associate is set up to succeed in daily production and quality goals.
  • Support the onboarding and training of rookie associates, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to contribute from day one.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Collaborate with shift managers, department managers, and functional area leads to align on priorities, communicate barriers, and coordinate resources to meet shift objectives.
  • Serve as a reliable communication bridge between the frontline team and leadership, escalating issues promptly and following through on resolutions.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
  • Maintain consistent throughput and accuracy in fulfillment operations to ensure fans receive their orders on time and as expected.
  • Identify and resolve workflow barriers that could delay order fulfillment or compromise the fan experience.
  • Support a warehouse environment where athlete engagement and accountability directly translate to fan satisfaction and order quality.
  • Reinforce a culture of care and urgency on the floor, recognizing that every unit processed represents a fan waiting for something meaningful.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
  • Proactively identify operational barriers during shifts and take initiative to seek or elevate resolutions before they impact production targets.
  • Apply computerized scanning systems and PC-based programs effectively, continuously looking for ways to streamline manual and system-based tasks.
  • Surface process improvement ideas to supervisors and managers based on firsthand observations from the warehouse floor.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, shifting workflows, and evolving shift demands in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)
  • Execute shift workflows as established by the shift manager or department manager with consistency, accuracy, and a high standard of follow-through.
  • Maintain constant attention to safety, environmental, and health requirements throughout every shift, modeling compliant behavior for the broader team.
  • Demonstrate the physical endurance and reliability the role demands — including standing 8–10 hours per day, lifting up to 25 lbs. frequently, and walking up to 10 miles daily.
  • Work flexible schedules and overtime as needed to meet business demands and support fan commitments.

We are building a future-ready organization. This role is expected to:

  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment environment.
  • Prior experience leading a team or department in a professional or volunteer setting, with the ability to oversee and support 25–30 workers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and advocate for frontline associates.
  • Proficiency in operating computerized scanning equipment and PC-based programs used in warehouse management and fulfillment systems.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision, and to multitask effectively across competing shift priorities.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and varied shift patterns as business needs require.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
