We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA), part of the US Army’s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. We are also developing the Bell 525 Relentless and Bell's High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, a next-generation stop-fold tilt-rotor. This position is onsite in Fort Worth.
Set up and operate the Onsrud Shaper, Panagraph, Swing Arm, and Pin Routers. Select proper cutters and make router block setups, using shaper forms or router templates. Make necessary adjustments to hold required tolerances. Check parts against templates. May be required to do various burring operations.
What you'll be doing as a Router & Shaper Operator
Operate drill motors, mechanics’ hand tools, Routers, and Onsrud Shapers. Use a variety of templates and measuring instruments.
What you need to be successful
One-year experience as a Router Operator.
This position requires use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. U.S. persons are U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents ('Green Card Holders'), Political Asylees, or Refugees.
