Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Driver Helper in Saint Charles, MN. You will team with a Route Driver to collect used tires from retail locations, loading and stacking tires up to 50 lbs and keeping equipment safe and organized.

This full-time position emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork as you support timely pickups along established routes and help maintain a clean work environment on the truck bed and loading areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in tire recycling or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform heavy manual labor.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Route Driver in picking up used tires from retail locations.
• Manually load and stack tires onto the truck, ensuring safety and organization.
• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Support truck inspections and keep loading areas clear and safe.
• Communicate with store personnel and Route Driver to ensure timely pickups.
• Follow routes and schedules for tire collection.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck bed and work area.
• Assist with navigation to locations and timely service.
