Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Route Support Professional to join our outdoor, customer‑facing team. You’ll work on local pest‑control routes, help protect homes and businesses, and interact with customers to deliver exceptional service.

No prior experience is required—our industry‑leading training sets you up for success. Expect a starting wage of $18/hour, a company vehicle and cell phone, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off in a friendly, team‑oriented culture.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. You’ll work on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles.
• Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.


• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)


• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments


• Ability to work in all weather conditions
