Northwest Exterminating in Georgia seeks a Universal Service Professional to join a field-based team. You will be the face of Northwest, building lasting relationships with customers while delivering pest-control services and ensuring safety on every job.

No experience is required and training will be provided; you’ll drive a company vehicle, earn $18 per hour during training, and benefit from a comprehensive package including medical, 401(k), vacation, and more.

Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.


• Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.

  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

The role requires certain physical tasks and a variety of work environments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.


• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
