Job summary

ImageFIRST Wisconsin is seeking a route-based Customer Advocate to support healthcare facilities with responsive sales and service. You will load and unload, manage inventories, and deliver to customers on a local route, following a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.

Compensation is competitive at $25.00-$30.00 per hour. DOT medical certification is required or must be obtained. Ability to lift 50 pounds and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• DOT medical certification required or obtain within designated timeframe.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push/pull linen carts.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload box trucks and organize route efficiently.
• Manage customer inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call-offs.
• Make special deliveries to customers and complete local routes safely.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and documentation.
