Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Specialist in Ladson, SC to cover routes during vacations and holidays. You will perform routine route service for uniforms and facility products to business customers and fill in for RSSRs as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, teamwork, and the ability to contribute to catalog sales while supporting growth plans. Eligible candidates must meet DOT and driving requirements.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements: active license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
• Demonstrate physical capability for the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide route service including pickup, cleaning, maintenance and delivery of uniforms and facility products to business customers.
• Fill in for absent Route Service Sales Representatives (RSSRs) as needed.
• Help increase catalog sales by adding products from the Cintas catalog line.
