ImageFIRST is hiring for a route-based service role that supports Customer Advocates in building and maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive sales and service strategies. The position works a 10-hour shift, 4 days per week, with a start time of 6:00 am.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, a clean driving record, and are able to obtain a DOT medical certification. The role involves lifting, driving, and using a computer for paperwork and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• This role may cover delivery routes and requires DOT eligibility and comfort operating company vehicles.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push/pull linen carts.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to positively impact associates, customers and community.
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs.
• Lead generation and new route support as needed.
• Make special deliveries to customers.
• Load and unload truck; organize truck.
• Manage customer inventory; pricing, codes, colors, sizing, quantities, availability.
• Prepare and follow up work orders; ensure invoice accuracy.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Shift: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (10 hour shifts / 4 Day work week)

This is a route-based service-oriented position supporting our Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.

• Support and promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, customers and community.
• Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face
• Load and unload truck, truck organization.
• Manage customer inventory
• Product knowledge: pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, product application
• Paperwork: work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs (flexibility)
• Provide additional route support as needed (Reroutes, additional volume etc…)
• Make special deliveries to customers
• Lead generation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Clean driving record
• Must possess a valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• This role occasionally requires covering delivery routes in the absence of regular drivers; therefore, candidates must meet DOT eligibility requirements and be comfortable operating company vehicles as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
• Must be computer literate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
• One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Knowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry andoperations
