Job summary

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists in Atlanta is seeking a route-based Customer Advocate to support our Customer Advocates by building strong relationships through responsive sales and service strategies.

The position offers first shift hours and pays $26.00 to $30.00 per hour. Candidates must have a DOT medical certification or be able to obtain one, a clean driving record, and be able to lift 50 pounds plus. Prior delivery/logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• This role occasionally requires covering delivery routes in the absence of regular drivers; meet DOT eligibility requirements and be comfortable operating company vehicles as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen.
• Must be computer literate.

• Manage customer inventory

• Paperwork: work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs (flexibility)
• Provide additional route support as needed (Reroutes, additional volume etc…)
• Make special deliveries to customers

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Pay range: $26.00 - $30.00/ hour

First Shift

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
• One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Knowledge: Practical insight specific to the textile services industry andoperations
