Job summary

Central Rock Gym in the Town of Warwick, NY is seeking a Setter Support to assist with route setting zones and routine cleanup. You will strip routes, clean holds, organize materials, and maintain safe, efficient work areas to support the route setting team's daily operations.

Ideal candidates are flexible, detail-oriented, energetic, and eager to learn. Must be comfortable on ladders and ropes and can lift up to 50 lbs as part of duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe work exclusion zones.
• Follow all CRG safety protocols.
• Strip assigned routes and boulders.
• Clean holds, organize hardware, and maintain tidy setting zones.
• Sort and store bolts, screws, and start tags.
• Assist with wall preparation and teardown as directed.
