Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with early morning and evening availability.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Comfortable on ladders (up to 14 ft) and ropes (40+ ft).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain safe work exclusion zones.
• Follow all CRG safety protocols.
• Strip assigned routes and boulders.
• Clean holds, organize hardware, and maintain tidy setting zones.
• Sort and store bolts, screws, and start tags.
• Assist with wall preparation and teardown as directed.
