Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Route Technician to serve the Valley County, Cascade, and Donnelly areas. The role begins part-time (Mon/Wed/Fri) with a path to full-time as demand grows, delivering and servicing portable restrooms along a set route.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up portable restrooms at customer locations.
• Clean, sanitize, and deodorize portable restrooms to company standards.
• Restock supplies, including toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and other necessities.
• Perform routine inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Safely operate company vehicles while maintaining an efficient service route.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Route Technician to join our growing team serving the Valley County, Cascade, and Donnelly areas.

This position begins as part-time, working Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the expectation of transitioning to full-time as business demand continues to grow.
