Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Field Service Technician to join our growing team and support restaurant and hospitality clients with expert dish machine maintenance. As a technician, you'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance, service visits, and upsell products while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Have a mechanical inclination.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Perform service visits and restock products while demonstrating safe equipment use.
• Negotiate service renewals, price increases, and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation every 8–12 weeks.

What You'll Get To Do

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 8-12 weeks.
