Auto-Chlor is seeking a Route Service & Sales Technician Trainee in California. The role involves hands-on service of dish machines, on-site customer interactions, and sales opportunities across a national service leadership organization.

Training is provided, with growth potential within the company. You will travel to customer sites, learn maintenance and repair tasks, and participate in delivering exceptional service while building customer relationships and negotiating renewals.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience desirable.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to train and develop within the company.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations
• Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services
• Provide emergency on-call service
• Deliver and pick up chemicals
• Collect payments and follow up on accounts
• Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns
