Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to deliver thorough cleaning and sanitizing services for customer restrooms, kitchens and other areas. You will drive a company-owned step van between stops, perform cleaning tasks, and grow the route by selling soaps, air fresheners and paper products to existing customers.

You must meet DOT driving requirements, hold a valid license, and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals.
• A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning and sanitizing services for restrooms, kitchens and other areas on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
• Operate a company-owned step van and transport sanitizing equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products to current customers (soaps, air fresheners, paper products).
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
