Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in Georgia to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a vehicle on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and other facility services.

You will build rapport with customers, upsell products, and ensure safety and quality standards on every visit. Qualified candidates must meet DOT requirements, have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21, with a DOT medical certification.

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Representatives Enjoy

• Comprehensive 10-week training program with starting hourly rate of $xx.xx/hour, until assigned a route
• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Majority work a 4-Day workweek
• Majority work no nights or weekends
• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment
