Route Service Representative – Rental Division

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Compensation

Estimated total compensation ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions.
