Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative in Richmond, VA to travel a broad territory, set up and merchandise displays, and maintain stock across stores. You will work with store personnel to meet merchandising goals, rotate products, and manage promotional materials on a regular schedule.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, comfort with technology, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.Duties and Responsibilities:Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.Expected Compensation Range: $53,352 – $62,400 annuallyNote: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $19.00 – $20.00 per hour.The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses.
