Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Portable Toilet Route Driver. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery, pickup, and servicing of portable toilets at various locations along assigned routes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery and Pickup:
• Safely transport portable toilets to and from designated locations using company-provided vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Efficiently load and unload portable toilets onto the delivery vehicle, securing them to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify delivery and pickup locations with accuracy, ensuring that all portable toilets are placed in the correct positions and collected promptly upon completion of service.
• Servicing and Maintenance:
• Service portable toilets at customer sites according to established schedules, including emptying waste tanks, replenishing supplies, and cleaning surfaces to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of portable toilets for damage or malfunctions, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel for repair or replacement.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on portable toilet equipment, such as replacing parts, lubricating hinges, and troubleshooting minor issues as needed.
• Customer Interaction:
• Provide courteous and professional customer service to clients at delivery and pickup locations, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding the portable toilet services.
• Communicate effectively with customers to schedule delivery and pickup times, accommodating their preferences and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Represent the company in a positive manner, fostering strong relationships with clients and promoting customer satisfaction with our services.
• Maintain accurate records of daily routes, including delivery and pickup locations, service performed, and any issues encountered during the course of the day.
• Complete required paperwork, such as delivery tickets, service logs, and vehicle inspection reports, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate any discrepancies or deviations from the planned route to management for resolution and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role, such as delivery driving or route servicing, is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow established routes and schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects, including portable toilets and related equipment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to accommodate delivery and service schedules.
• Ability to pass drug screenings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
