Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring Route Sales (Class A CDL) in Robinson, IL. This local, full-time role offers training to obtain a CDL and Medical DOT Card, with home-daily routes and paid training.

You’ll deliver products, stock shelves, collect payments, and complete daily paperwork, while maintaining safety standards and integrity on local routes. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift 30+ lbs, and be prepared to work 8+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Ride-along with team members to learn the business.
• Other duties as needed.

Paid Training: We’ll get you certified and ready to drive!

Job Type: Full-Time, Local Routes

Home Daily (no long-haul driving required)

What You’ll Do:

Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers

Stock, rotate, and merchandise products

Collect payments and get customer signatures

Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections

Other duties as needed

Pass DOT physical and get a Medical Card

Complete New Employee Orientation and formal sales training

Ride-along with team members to learn the business

Get your Class A CDL certification

Job Requirements:
