Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring Route Sales in Effingham, IL. This full-time, local-route position offers home daily and paid training to earn your Class A CDL. You’ll drive a company vehicle, deliver products, stock shelves, collect payments, and complete daily paperwork with safety checks.

You’ll need a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 30+ lbs, and to work 8+ hours per day. DOT physical, Medical Card, and CDL training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 8+ hours/day
• Ability to obtain a Class A CDL and Medical DOT Card
• Pass DOT physical and obtain Medical Card
• Paid Training: We’ll get you certified and ready to drive!
• Get your Class A CDL certification

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products
• Collect payments and get customer signatures
• Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections
• Ride-along with team members to learn the business
• Get your Class A CDL certification

Job Type: Full-Time, Local Routes

Home Daily (no long-haul driving required)

What You’ll Do:

Drive a company vehicle and deliver products to local customers

Stock, rotate, and merchandise products

Collect payments and get customer signatures

Complete daily paperwork and follow safety inspections

Other duties as needed

Pass DOT physical and get a Medical Card

Complete New Employee Orientation and formal sales training

Ride-along with team members to learn the business

Get your Class A CDL certification

Job Requirements:

Annual Pay: $49,400 - $52,000
