Job summary

Hiland Dairy is seeking a Sales Route Supervisor to lead delivery drivers, ensure DOT compliance, and optimize routing and training across locations. This salaried/exempt role reports to the Distribution Manager and focuses on safe product distribution and team development.

The position requires supervisory experience, a Class A or B CDL with Air Brake endorsement, and the ability to work weekends and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical, background check, drug screen, and clearinghouse.
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays and varying shifts; relocation possible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of delivery drivers and ensure DOT compliance.
• Oversee routing, standardization, and training of drivers to improve efficiency.
• Lead training, mentoring, and development of team members; relocalization may be required.
