Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a route-based role to place orders and merchandise our pizza and dessert brands at grocery stores, ensuring products are stocked and promoted on shelves. You will drive sales by securing display space and introducing new items.

The position offers base pay plus commission, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product safely.
• Willing to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise to ensure products are available on store shelves.
• Gain display space and promote new products on assigned routes.
• Merchandise, maintain displays, and rotate products as needed.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and work with teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route.
