Job summary

Schwan's in the United States is hiring for a CDL Class B route delivery role. You will deliver product, place orders, and merchandise to ensure shelves are stocked, while developing leadership skills for future growth.

The position offers a salary of $60,000 to $62,000 per year, with up to 25% travel, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with company match. A Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend travel is typical.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement; medical certification required; must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide route coverage while delivering product.
• Place orders and merchandise to ensure product availability on store shelves.
• Build in-store relationships and promote new products.
• Unload products and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology and sales software for daily tasks.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform truck inspections.
