Schwan's Company is seeking a CDL Class B route delivery driver to cover grocery-store shelves with our products. You will unload, place, and merchandise, and drive sales by securing display space.

Typical schedule Monday–Friday with occasional weekend travel, early starts, DOT compliance, and safety inspections. Opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Previous DSD, grocery, delivery, or warehouse experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Work a Monday -- Friday schedule (some weekend travel required at times); early morning start time
• Unload products, place product in the back room, and collect proof of delivery
• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain DOT rules and regulations and perform truck inspections
