Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to customers.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation with coworkers (every 6-8 weeks).

• Average pay range of $60,000-$65,000 with hourly pay, plus overtime and on call bonuses.

What you\'ll get to do:
